Personal Plan covers a selected catalogue, not all Udemy courses. The support page explains how the enrolment panel indicates inclusion.
A separately purchased course has different access conditions from subscription content. Starting a subscription does not turn every course in the marketplace into an included course.
Ending a plan and keeping records
Udemy says cancellation leaves subscription content available until the final billing-period date. Its FAQ also says progress and certificate access through subscription courses can be lost when the subscription ends.
Before cancelling, keep any completion records you need and check the current policy. Previously purchased marketplace courses have their own access conditions.
Billing, trials and refunds

Estimate the study time you can actually use during the next billing period. Compare the total charge with buying the courses individually, not with a hypothetical catalogue-wide saving.
